Our Artist, Jeff King, has over 30 years of experience and is ready with so many ideas to fit what ever canvas you can find for him. Having painted over 100 murals and 300 original paintings he really has an eye for beauty. He has work on almost every surface imaginable in every size, internationally and right here in Canada! In1991 he set a new record for the largest mural in Canada . His largest mural to date is over 5000SQFT!!!!
As for paints on canvas his specialty is nature and wildlife... his favorite being marine life. He has won many awards locally and internationally. The highlight of his painting career still to date is when in 1996 he met the one man who really inspired him throughout his childhood and continues to inspire him to this day, Captain Jacques Cousteau. On that memorable day Captain Cousteau signed a limited number of his print “The Final Commission” to be used as a fund raising tool for The Nanaimo Dive Association towards the sinking of the retired navel ship the “HMCS Saskatchewan” as an artificial Reef in Nanaimo BC.
He has traveled the world with his art, been featured on TV and in numerous magazines. Jeff was also hired to participate as an artist for the recent 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
He is an artist at his core and will sit down listen to your ideas and learn about what you are looking for. Then he will look at what ever canvas you choose and create a beautiful sign, mural, painting, or anything else you can think of to really set you and your business apart and ABOVE.
